I learned about hypnotherapy while taking my HypnoBirth Had I not already been through some life coaching remwmbering where my coach used many of these same techniques that Carol talks about he is the one who recommended this book to meI probably would have been leery of some of her teachings.

There were some interesting insights that helped me view things differently, but a lot of the things in this book are not congruent at all with what I believe religiously which surprised me because I’m the same religious affiliation as the author.
I don’t agree rememberinv everything in this book, but there is so much that I loved. Opening the iTunes Store. Embrace it and use it to do good. It was just what I needed in my life right now.

A Personal Handbook for Thriving in the 21st Century. If you aren’t spiritual or believe in God or a higher power yuh may not enjoy it.
Then I think I’ll read it all over again and see what the second go round yields, now that I am more aware of her theories and processes. If you are just becoming familiar with energy healing and want a book to help you understand the basics of it, this is a good one to start with. The positive I received from this book was that I should be more detailed in my petitions and prayers to God and if it is in His will and timing, it will happen.
The book is about helping ourselves return to that whole state and using the light of Christ within us. Obviously we can improve our situation by having a good attitude and looking at problems and trials as opportunity for growth, but sometimes bad things happen to good people through no fault of our own.

This book seems to blame the “victim” which is silly. Naturally it’s not quite as simple as it sounds but it’s true. I need more stars to rate this book. Her book changed my life for the better. I recommend tutt,e book to anyone who rmeembering weighed down, frustrated, sad is trying to be better and do better, anyone who is happy and satisfied with life and wants to know what’s next. It has uplifted me in irreversible ways because it has helped me remember truths about myself and what it truly means to be Christ-like I need more stars to rate this book.
I can’t say I wholeheartedly recommend it; at least not to LDS folks. I feel like my brain has been opened up and wisdom, light and knowledge has been pored in. Excellent advice on living in a positive helpful way that heals your soul.
I felt as if that decision had completely pulled me off course. But if you’re LDS, take caution. Oh golly, I just do not know about the star factor here. Apr 28, Julie rated it really liked it. Carol Tuttle is the best-selling author of five books and the creator of online learning programs Energy Profiling and Dressing Your Truth. My recommendation to those who read this book is to take it for what it’s worth to YOU, at this time in your life. And, you know, there were bits of wisdom here and there.

A thought-provoking, eye-opening, beautifully written book that you will want to go back and re-read time and time again. Carol discusses the Savior and His Atonement, how to more fully receive that gift in our individual lives, and how we each have lessons that we have agreed to come to Rememebring to learn.
Paperbackpages. If you are into the energy healing and manifestation stuff, this is the best book out there. The challenge now is to l WOW. So I am a Carol Tuttle fan, but those of us that are, know she can be a little “out there” with some of her stuff. It took me ages to read this book and at times I rolled my eyes. I dumped it all out there for the Creator, I didn’t have words for prayer, just snotty tears and feelings but I put it all out there on the table. Read, highlight, and take notes, across web, tablet, and phone.
This book is written in a way that anyone A simple and profound approach to creating the life you want and deserve. I love that this book is in my life.
